Anonymous: Can we use this section or could you make something like this guestbook so we could ask questions anonymouly about requirements for my boat and get an answer? I have a 42 foot crab boat in Oregon, and was told differently about having to have a red over white mast light. Some say I need the red light some say I don't. I can freely manuver when I set pots so why would I need the red light?
